Newly released NuGo Egg White Protein Bars are unique because there’s only simple, clean ingredients which combine to form a truly delicious gluten-free, whole food protein bar with only 180-200 calories!  As seen in the previous picture, they come in four flavors: maple pecan, peanut butter, blueberry, and dark chocolate.

Whether you’re at the pool, running errands, or recovering from a workout, a NuGo Egg White Protein Bar is your answer to a healthy snack option!

As for the flavor and texture of the bars, I found them to be flavorful, but on the sticky side.  I imagined myself out on the playground eating one of the bars and having remnants of the bar stuck to my teeth as I am trying to talk to my 5th graders.  They would definitely point at my teeth and laugh! 🙂 To resolve the sticky issue, one of my fellow BibRave Pro friends suggested keeping the bars in the refrigerator.
