I’m certainly no newbie to Aftershokz. I, in fact, own not one, not two, but three pairs of AfterShokz headphones! This is how much I believe in the Aftershokz brand! (Read my review of the Titanium headphones here and my review of the Air headphones here).
Whether you’re on a treadmill, running by the ocean, going on a solo night run, or running a marathon, the AfterShokz Aeropex headphones have got you covered! One of the highlights of the Aftershokz headphones is the ability to “be open”. There’s nothing worse than someone (or something) sneaking up on you while out on a run and you’re unaware of the threat because of your headphones! With my AfterShokz headphones, however, I stay aware of my surrounding while listening to my favorite tunes, podcast, or audiobook.
Out of the three Aftershokz headphones that I own, the Aeropex are by far a step above the rest! I love my Air headphones, so I really didn’t think the headphones could get any better, but I was mistaken.
- The sound quality is way above the rest!
- The Aeropex are even more lightweight and less noticeable that their predecessors! I, in fact, often forget that I am wearing the headphones post run / race.
- The case that comes with the headphones is pretty slick and convenient when traveling to the gym, to the coast, or to a destination race. AND the headphones come with not one, but TWO charging cables!

Isn’t the case so cool?! And I totally agree that the sound quality is AH-mazing, they are so light weight, and the battery life is awesome! I just love the Aeropex model!
