I didn’t want to work out this morning. #realtalk What I really wanted was to lay in bed while eating a maple donut and drinking a good cup of coffee. ☕️🍩 What made me get out of bed at 4:45am and press play? The desire to make a change. The desire to spend the rest of the day feeling accomplished and proud that I did it. 💥Yesterday, I didn’t work out and I ended my day by eating some cookies. #realtalkagain I didn’t want another day like yesterday. Each new day is a day to start again. It’s a day to make the choice to get out of bed and press play. Today was that day. The same race, the @giantrace half marathon, one year apart. 35 pounds lighter, 45 minutes faster, #29weekspregnant ➡️ #9monthspostpartum 💥 It’s amazing how much better I felt this year while running the race as opposed to last year! Growing a baby is hard work! My hat is off to all of you ladies who are currently pregnant and running/working out. 🙌🏻 I’m so blessed to now have a happy, healthy 9 month old baby. I’m also so glad that I’m getting back to finding my pre-pregnancy health.
