Can you believe it’s been a little over 8 weeks since my last run?! This is the longest stretch of time I haven’t ran since first getting into running in 2011! The good news? I can still walk and go to @zumba class! My instructor’s energy and passion is infectious. It’s so much fun to go to classes led by @damster67! 💃🏻 When will I be able to run again?
