Review: Why Wear the Y Back Handful Bra

Besides a good pair of running shoes, another vital piece of running comfort for ladies such as myself is finding a supportive, comfortable, stylish, and flattering sports bra. There’s nothing worse than chafing during a race or training run due to an ill-fitting sports bra. Ugh!

Neither time was I wearing a Handful sports bra. When will I learn?!

Last year I had the privilege of reviewing Handful’s Closer bra (read my full review of the Closer bra here). This year, however, I am reviewing the Y Back bra and I must say that the Y Back bra may be my favorite Handful Bra out of the three I own! (I also own the Closer Bra and the Adjustable Sports Bra.) The fabric of the Y Back Bra is so silky smooth making it amazingly comfortable to wear! Not only is the fabric fantastic, but it is supportive and stylish too!

According to the Handful website, “Runner’s World says the Handful Y-Back Bra is ‘the right bra for C to D cups who need a little extra support.’ It offers secure support for running and other high impact activities. If you are in the market for a high impact racerback sports bra you should give the Y-Back Bra a shot.”

Anyone else run in just their sports bra at home?

As a 5th grade teacher, I am currently preparing to embark on a week-long outdoor camping experience where there’s going to be lots of hiking, adventures, and fun. What better item to pack than a supportive, comfortable sports bra?!
