According to Dr. Axe, “Chia seeds have become one of the most popular superfoods in the health community.” Can you guess what the first ingredient is in the Health Warrior Chia bars? Yes, that’s right, Chia seeds!
I’ve used Chia seeds before in my smoothies and other food items, but I’ve never had a straight up Chia bar. I wasn’t sure what to expect. I am happy to report that not only do they taste good, but the Chia bars are full of the good stuff (low in sugar, and high in fiber), to keep you full. They are GOOD FOR YOU, not just better for you. Check out the video below of my first time trying the Chia bar.
Did you know that the Health Warrior Chia Bars and Superfood Protein Bars are gluten, soy, and dairy free. They are 100% natural and 100% vegan!
I shared the Health Warrior bar love with both of my kids (they liked them) and my co-workers (who also liked them). Most commented, as did I, that the only downside was making sure Chia seeds weren’t stuck in your teeth after eating them! 😉
Speaking of Chia seeds being stuck in your teeth, check out this awesome coloring page from the Health Warrior’s Marathon Training Coloring Book!

It’s funny that there is a picture in the coloring book specifically about chia getting stuck in your teeth! Nice review!
I know, right?! Chia seeds in teeth… it’s a serious problem! 😂
