Review: Fitmark Bags – The Shield

Exercise is only part of the equation when it comes to leading a healthy life.  Another big part is nutrition.  I don’t know about you, but when I am not prepared with healthy meals and snacks I tend to grab whatever is closest and it’s usually not the healthiest.  With meal prepping, however, I can be prepared with healthy, ready-to-eat meals and snacks.  When I pack my meals and snacks for the day, I usually pack breakfast, two snacks, and lunch.  Sometimes this becomes too much to fit in my little lunch bag.  Now, with Fitmark’s the Shield, I am able to comfortably pack a whole day’s worth of food into one organized, convenient bag!

The Shield allows me to access my food either from the top or the front!

The Shield truly takes meal prep bags to the next level. It’s lightweight, portable, and uses the highest quality materials. I’m able to easily organize my meals with 3 large 32 oz. seal-tight containers, 2 ice packs (one that is TSA approved), a custom vitamin and protein mix dispenser, and two super smart expandable exterior pockets for my water bottle, protein bars and fruit. There’s even a place for me to hang my keys!

The back exterior includes a luggage connector and sleeve for my journal and/or magazine. The Shield comes with the Fitmark swivel-action center divider that pivots for maximum organization. The Shield makes it simple to go to work, hit the gym and still have a healthy meal eight hours later. The ultimate health management system? It’s in the Shield.

The Shield’s unique expanding side pockets allow for more storage, the back luggage connector is perfect when taking my bag while traveling, and I love that the luggage strap is removable!

Pictured above are the included three 32 oz. seal-tight meal containers which are BPA free and dishwasher/microwave safe, a custom vitamin and protein mix dispenser, and two high quality ice packs (1 large and 1 medium- TSA approved).
